This course will make sense of the different rules for taking money out of IRAs, Roth IRAs, 401(k)s, Keoghs, and other retirement plans, and show you how to minimize paying taxes and penalties when doing so. It will address tax strategies, required distributions, penalties, inherited plans, and what happens upon death or divorce. It covers the latest changes, including the new start age for required distributions, new rules for inherited plans, new life expectancy tables, and rules regarding taxation and repayment of COVID-related distributions.
