PES CPE Accreditation Information

Are PES courses recognized by NASBA? YES!!

NASBA stands for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy. Many states that do not require specific state sponsor approval or registration will require or recognize CPE from NASBA sponsors.

Professional Education Services, LP is registered with NASBA on the National Registry of CPE sponsors. NASBA #103592. All courses have been developed using national and state guidelines and in accordance with the new statement of standards related to CPE development and presentation issued by the AICPA and NASBA.

Professional Education Services, LP is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:

PLEASE NOTE: Previously NASBA offered two different sponsorship programs – the Registry and QAS. Professional Education Services, LP was registered and approved under each individual program. In consideration of the new standards, NASBA combined these programs under one designation. Professional Education Services, LP has been approved under this new program to offer courses for the following delivery method: QAS Self-Study. If your state regulations specifically say that CPE is either recognized or must be taken from a NASBA or NASBA QAS sponsor you can be assured that our courses will qualify to meet this standard. You can choose your course with confidence knowing that our courses are accepted for CPE in all 50 states.

Are PES courses compliant with the AICPA standards? YES!!

Many state boards of accountancy require licensees to take CPE only from sponsors who adhere to the AICPA statement of standards. You can be assured that PES courses have been developed in accordance with and comply with the statement of standards related to CPE development and presentation issued by the AICPA and NASBA.
